About Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which is beneficial to just about anyone - regardless of age, gender or fitness ability.

It focuses on creating a strong ‘core’ whilst balancing out the whole body and is often recommended by physios and osteopaths for helping to manage back pain, posture problems and joint conditions.

Pilates is also great for general all-over toning and is a fantastic way to de-stress. A real ‘feel good’ workout, Pilates leaves you feeling both relaxed and invigorated!

£5 per person, per class All participants must pre-book each class

One to One sessions

One-to-one individually tailored sessions available in the comfort of your own home... £35 per one hour session*

* For all new one-to-one clients a minimum of three one hour sessions is required at the beginning to ensure safe practice of the basic exercises.
